Intentional Command
What Is Intentional Command?
I built Intentional Command (IC) after 25 years in federal law enforcement, moving from the field to various command positions. IC is my way of bringing high-stakes leadership to the private sector. I believe your environment should be a product of your influence, not the other way around. Under high-stress conditions, leaders must transition from a "thermometer" state - reflecting ambient environmental noise and system volatility, to a "thermostat" state - adjusting the dial and regulating the room.
I believe effective leadership isn't found in generic slogans or passive watching, but in a single, defiant truth: you are not a victim of your surroundings, you are the architect of them.
Armed with a core set of principles, "The Rules", IC equips executives and leaders across all professional settings to project a strong presence, create clarity amid chaos, and illuminate the blind spots that sink organizations.
Through workshops, coaching, and a wealth of digital wisdom, Intentional Command is here to maximize individual and collective performance.
To engage in any lawful business for which a limited liability company may be organized in Maryland, including but not limited to corporate consulting, business advisory services, executive coaching, publishing, public speaking, educational workshops and training, and the creation and distribution of online media and digital products.
